I've had this window setting in my craft room for almost 2 years now. I had envisioned a seasonal theme for each column, but was never satisfied.
The other day, I decided to go with an ~~almost~~ monochrome theme. The green and white ivy really set off this window. I love the whimsical touch of the birdhouses and dragonfly. I loved it so much that after it was completed, the debate became whether or not to sell it.
The decision was made...I gave my beauty to the Craftique Shoppe to sell. {I do have other windows waiting to be brought to life.}

Lucky In Love Lighted Garland spans approx 6' with 35 rice lights and sparkling red tulle.

Rusty Star Homespun Pip Garland.

This garland measures approx. 40". I looped the ends for easy hanging. Also looks lovely draped on a mantel or above a door way.

The pips can be positioned to suit your style. In the photos they are bunched together and straightened for creation. They are difficult to notice, but you can easily see the rusty stars in the close-up below.

One of the items I carry in my shop(s) are grubby candles. In case you are unfamiliar with the term grubby... it's the brown you see on the candles' base. Grubby is a *secret* mixture of aromas and textures.

Candles are one of my favorite items to grubby. ~~Another are books, but I'll post about those later.~~ The key to making a good grubby candle is to have the correct consistency of grubby, i.e. you want a thick consistency not thin or it will run right off your candle.

Once they've dried I add a berry pip and corresponding piece of homespun. The pips can be moved into almost any position you choose. However, to make sure they remain attached, I glue the pip and homespun to the base of the candle.

With grubbied items, no two will ever be identical!
